Conditional Registration

Conditional Registration applies to health professionals who have less than number of clinical or no prior professional practice experience as required by the board.  Conditional Registration requires a health professional to complete a specified period of supervised practice in an establishment/with an employer whose supervision systems and structures comply with the Council’s Supervised Practice Guidelines.

A conditional registration may also be granted to a professional whose program lacks some components as he/she undertakes the necessary steps to comply with stipulated requirements. 

Eligibility Requirements

Conditional registration (Pathway to Full registration)

  1. A basic professional qualification that is found on the approved/accredited programmes from recognisd institutions or passed the relevant Registry assessment.
  2. Less than the required professional practice experience
  3. Less than the required professional curriculum content.
