Student Registration

Student registration allows the Council to ascertain whether students admitted in the various health sciences programmes meet the minimum entry requirements.

Students who are not registered with the Council are not eligible for licensing examinations.

Only students from accredited programmes by the Higher Education Council (HEC) and recognized by the Council are eligible for student registration.

Student registration ( Indexing) is mandatory and it is a requirement within East African Community (EAC).

Student Indexing Requirements 

1.Notarized copy of Rwanda Advanced Certificate
2. REB Equivalence for candidates with foreign qualifications
3. Copy of ID for Rwandans or Passport for foreigners
4. Passport Photos in colour on a white Background (Good Quality Scan)
5. Criminal clearance record/Police clearance,
6. Admission letter
7. Copy of License for upgrading candidates
8. Copy of Diploma for upgrading candidates

Registration Fee ( Non-refundable): : 5,000 Frw
