Registration with the Council is a pre-requisite for professional practice and it is also a legal requirement to keep all individual details up to date at all times
1. The application is submitted to the Council with proof of payment. The
Council rules on the request for registration by a motivated decision within
thirty days (30) starting from the date of reception of a request.
2. The Council may refuse the registration if the applicant does not meet
the stipulated requirements.

Step 1
Please prepare the relevant prescribed fee as per category.
Payment can be via our Bank Account at Bank
of Kigali (00262-00494227-39) or by
Cheque. For cheque payment, it should be crossed
and made payable to \"Rwanda Allied
Health Professions Council”.
Step 2
Complete the Application Form enclosed together with your proof of
payment
Step 3
Prepare your copies of your academic transcripts, qualifications, police
clearance and your previous registration certificate (where applicable)
Step 4
The Secretariat will process your application. A copy of the
receipt will be issued or a reference number will be generated where
applicable.
Notice:
All qualified Health Professionals who wish to practice in Rwanda need
to apply and pay the relevant prescribed fees for a Registration Certificate
and practising license. (See
Relevant prescribed fees).
Subsequent renewal of Practising License (PL) shall be made before
the expiration of the License, after which a 25% per month late fee shall be
charged for late renewal. After a certain period, the practitioner shall be
re-registered and a restoration fee with other prescribed requirements shall be
applicable to restoration (see Restoration
fee).
