1.  Introduction

 

The Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council (RAHPC) is a public institution responsible for regulating allied health professionals in Rwanda. Its core mandate is to ensure quality healthcare through licensing, monitoring ethical practice, and enforcing professional standards for allied health practitioners. RAHPC operates from its offices located in Kicukiro District, Kigali.

 

The Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council is inviting qualified and eligible security service providers to submit their quotations for the provision of on-site security services, as detailed below.

 

2.  Scope of Services Required

The selected company will be responsible for providing:

• Two (2) unarmed security guards:
• One guard during the day shift
• One guard during the night shift
• The security guards will be deployed at the following location:

Kigali City

Kicukiro District

Kicukiro Sector

Kagina Cell

UmunyinyaVillage

On a single residential house occupying a plot of 474 square meters.

 

• The service is strictly limited to physical guarding and access control.
• No firearms, parking systems, CCTV, or any technical security installations are required.
• The guards will work under the full responsibility of the contracted service provider.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Eligibility Requirements

Interested companies must provide verifiable evidence of the following:

 

1. A valid company registration certificate
2. A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in the provision of security services
3. A valid RNP Private Security Service License
4. Valid compliance certificates from both the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)

Only service providers meeting all the above requirements will be considered for evaluation.

 

 

4.  Submission Guidelines

• Interested companies are requested to submit quotations indicating :

 

• The monthly rate for providing the services all taxes included.

 

• All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 8th August 2025.
  Submissions will be made via email address: procurement.unit@rahpc.org.rw and the submission should be named “Provision of Security Guard Services - 003/T/RAHPC/2025”
  Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
