Supply of Office Networking Equipment and Accessories

Tender Number: 001/T/2025/RAHPC

The RAHPC is a statutory body established under the RAHPC Law N°46/2012 of 14/01/2013 and is committed to protecting the public and guiding the health professions. The Council is mandated to regulate the allied health professions in the country in aspects pertaining to education, training and registration, professional conduct and ethical behaviour, ensuring continuing Professional Development (CPD), and fostering compliance with healthcare standards. In order to safeguard the public and indirectly the professions, registration in terms of the Law is a prerequisite for practising any of the allied health professions registerable with Council.

1. Introduction

Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council is pleased to invite qualified and reputable companies to submit sealed bids for the supply of office networking equipment and accessories as per the specifications outlined in this tender. The objective is to establish a reliable and fully operational office IT infrastructure that meets modern networking and communication standards.

 

2. Scope of Supply

The tender includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following items:

3. Bid Submission Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following documents in their bid package:

 

• A detailed quotation indicating unit and total prices (inclusive of all applicable taxes), delivery timeline, and warranty terms.
• A copy of a valid RDB Trading License.
• A valid VAT Registration Certificate.
• Proof of VAT compliance (or Tax Clearance Certificate).
• Reference of Similar Tender Executed (At least 2): Bidders should provide references for similar tenders they have successfully executed.

 

4. Submission Details

 

All quotations must be submitted to the office of the Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council by 4th August 2025 at 11:00 AM, at 4 KG 632 Street, Kimihurura-Rugando.

 

Bidders should submit their quotations in sealed envelopes, clearly marked: "Supply of Office Networking Equipment and Accessories - Tender N: 001/T/2025”

5. Evaluation and Award Criteria

The successful bidder will be selected based on:

 

• Compliance with technical specifications
• Financial competitiveness
• Relevant experience and references
• Delivery and installation timeline

 

Only bids that meet the minimum requirements and are submitted before the deadline will be evaluated.

 

6. Additional Notes

• All prices should be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and must be inclusive of VAT and other applicable charges.
• The Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• The awarded supplier will be required to complete delivery at the RAHPC designated site.
